Let’s Get Moving

The family learning activities this week will all have a Health and Wellbeing focus. These fun and active ideas will help encourage the whole family to develop their PE skills and attributes. Most of these activities can be adapted to suit indoors or outdoors depending on the space and weather!

Today’s activity is to Just Dance! Either visit to dance along to your choice of tunes, or simply pick a favourite song, turn up the volume and let everyone have a boogie! Why not practise old favourites like the Macarena or create your own dance routines? Dance games such as follow the leader or musical statues can be great fun too.
