Animal Moves


Today’s family learning task is to try this animal moves HIIT workout. These short bursts of high intensity exercise will help to get those endorphins flowing and will definitely make everyone get a sweat on! This activity makes a terrific brain break activity or is ideal to do first thing in the morning to get everyone motivated and feeling good about the day ahead. Set a timer, put some music on and get moving!
